Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages

We suggest also contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they might need more details to resolve the issue. While THE LOOMIE isn't liable for lost or stolen packages, we’re committed to assisting you in resolving these issues.
