Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please be aware that after this period, it may not be possible to modify your order as it moves into processing. Cancellations within this timeframe will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take utmost care to package our products securely. If you receive a damaged item, report it within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@theloomie.com with clear photos of the damage. We’ll help by replacing it at no additional cost. Please note, we do not cover damages from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim for prompt delivery, but please note that delays beyond our control (such as courier issues or customs delays) are not our responsibility. Contact the courier directly if you encounter delivery problems. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
